This is a digital photography piece taken in my studio at the end of last year. I took almost 2 months off of work to give myself some much needed mental self care and time with my family. During that time I went into my studio for fine art purposes only. Something I had wanted to do for years. What came of it were many photos that I created to show my struggles with anxiety. This was one of them.
