"Social Distancing - Heron and Egret" is an oil painting on a mounted panel. I was at Eagle Creek State Park in Indiana during the Covid 19 pandemic, when I saw these two birds, a heron and an egret, standing about 6 feet apart on opposite sides of a lake inlet. It spoke to me of what we were all facing during the pandemic precautions. The painting is done in a traditional style.
